NSS special camps for the NSS volunteers organized by all the Colleges and Polytechnic of JAU successfully in rural areas and achieved 100% target during the year 2013-14.

During these camps the volunteers carried out various activities for social awareness such as "Save Girl Child", "Abstain from Devils of Drugs and Tobacco", "Elimination of Superstitions through Street Play and Wall Slogans". Dr. P.V. Patel, Programme Coordinator NSS and Director, Students' Welfare coordinated, supervised and monitored the activities of all the NSS special camps.
During the current financial year 2013-14 Special Camps of all NSS units of Junagadh Agricultural University were organized successfully and JAU achieved 100% target.
