Under the ICAR-AICRP on PHET, Processing and Food Engineering Department, CAET, JAU, Junagadh an “Industry meet cum showcase of developed process technologies” was organized on 16^th October, 2024. Dr. H. D. Rank, Principal and Dean, CAET, president of programme and Dr. N. B. Jadav, Director of Extension Eduation, Chief guest of the programme has inaugurated the Meet. In this meet total 22 participants from Industry, FPO and others have participated. Developed Process Technology and Processing Machinery by JAU has been presented. Some of the process technology were appreciated by industry persons and are ready to work in PPP mode for process technology. Processing machinery like continuous microwave dryer, storage technology like onion storage, onion curing technology, process technology like pigeon pea process, etc. have attracted to the participants. Extruded products developed by JAU were showcased and also live demonstrations was carried out for the benefit of the participants.
