૩૮માં અખિલ ભારતીય આંતર યુનિવર્સિટી યુથ ફેસ્ટીવલમાં જૂનાગઢ કૃષિ યુનિવર્સિટી, જૂનાગઢની લોક નૃત્યની ટીમએ રાષ્ટ્રીય કક્ષાએ ચતુર્થ સ્થાન પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ.

તા.૨૩/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ કિસાન દિન અંતર્ગત જૂ.કૃ.યુ., જૂનાગઢ અને ફૂલછાબ દૈનિકના સંયુકત ઉપક્રમે કિસાન કુંભ-૨૦૨૪ : (ખેડૂતો સાથે સંવાદ) કાર્યક્રમ માન. કેબિનેટ મંત્રીશ્રી, રાઘવજીભાઈ પટેલ સાહેબના અધ્યક્ષ સ્થાને આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ.

તા. ૦૫/૧૨/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ જૂ.કૃ.યુ., જૂનાગઢ ખાતે કૃષિ રસાયણશાસ્ત્ર અને જમીન વિજ્ઞાન વિભાગ તથા કૃષિ વિજ્ઞાન વિભાગના સ્ટાફ અને અનુસ્નાતક વિદ્યાર્થીઓ દ્વારા વિશ્વ જમીન દિવસની ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવેલ.
રવિ કૃષિ મહોત્સવ - ૨૦૨૪ અંતર્ગત આજરોજ તા. ૦૪.૧૨.૨૦૨૪ના રોજ વિસ્તરણ શિક્ષણ નિયામકશ્રીની કચેરી દ્વારા જૂ.કૃ.યુ., જૂનાગઢના અધિકારીશ્રીઓ/કર્મચારીશ્રીઓ માટે એક દિવસીય ઓરીએન્ટેશન કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ.
કપાસ સંશોધન કેન્દ્ર, જૂ.કૃ.યુ., જૂનાગઢ દ્વારા "જંતુનાશક પ્રતિકારક વ્યવસ્થાપન : ગુલાબી ઈયળનું જંતુનાશક પ્રતિકારક વ્યવસ્થાપન " ઉપર ખેડૂત તાલીમ કાર્યક્રમ તા. ૨૭/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ યોજાયેલ.

જૂનાગઢ કૃષિ યુનિવર્સિટી, જૂનાગઢ ખાતે તા. ૨૨/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ રક્તદાન કેમ્પ અને થેલેસેમિયા સ્ક્રીનીંગ કેમ્પનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ.
વિસ્તરણ શિક્ષણ નિયામકશ્રીની કચેરી દ્વારા તા.૧૮/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ આધુનિક ખેતી પદ્ધતિ વિષય પર આગાખાન ગ્રામ સમર્થન કાર્યક્રમ(ભારત) - માણાવદરના ખેડૂત ભાઈઓ માટે તાલીમનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ.
તા.૦૬/૧૧/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ સેમીનાર હોલ, કૃષિ ઇજનેરી અને ટેકનોલોજી મહાવિદ્યાલય ખાતે માનનીય કુલપતિશ્રી ડો. વી. પી. ચોવટીયા સાહેબના અધ્યક્ષ સ્થાને નૂતન વર્ષ સ્નેહમિલન કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન કરેલ.

The India Today Rankings-2024 recently announced. Junagadh Agricultural University, the only Government University from Gujarat ranked 31st at National level.

JAU has been awarded 7th rank among all the State Agricultural Universities of India and 2nd rank in State by Educationworld, India Higher Education Ranking 2023-24.
