Dr. Mehul G. Thakkar, Expert Trainer of C2C and , faculty of Navasari Agricultural University deleivered the lecture and presentation on One day' Training Programme on "CAMPUS TO CORPORATE" conducted on 30th March,2016 for the students of College of Agriculture, and College of Veterinary Science & A.H.Junagadh. The inauguration function was Chaired by Dr.A.R.Pathak, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, in the presence of Chief guest Dr. A.Y.Desai, Director of Research & Dean P.G. Studies, Dr. P.V.Patel, Director, Students' Welfare, Dr. Mehul G. Thakkar, HRM, Placement Head, Navasari Agricultural University, Dr.B.A.Golakia, Professor & Head, Dept. of Biotechnology as guest of honor, Programme Officers (NSS), Chairman,Students Representative Council.
In this training programme 70 PG students of College of Agriculture,and College of Veterinary Science & A.H participated. During the training programme student learned various aspects of Preparation of resume, and how to face interview, Communication skill, Atitude and Self awareness etc. which will be useful for the holistic development of personality of the participants.
The valedictory function was Chaired by Dr. M.M. Modhwadia, Hon'ble Member, Board of anagement, in the presence of Dr. N.K. Dhamsania, Registrar, as Chief guest, Dr. P.V. Patel, Director,Students' Welfare, Dr. Mehul G. Thakkar, HRM, Placement Head, Navasari Agricultural University, Dr.B.A. Golakia, Professor & Head, Dept. of Biotechnology as guest of honor. The valedictory programme was conducted by the participating students and also presented the feedbacks about the training programme. The students expressed that this training will be useful for facing the challenges especially for making carrier in the corporate sector and to improve Communication skills ability to develop self confidence etc..
