Thirty Third Annual Workshop of AICRP on Post Harvest Engineering and Technology is organized during 23-25 January, 2018 at College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, JAU, Junagadh. The Workshop was inaugurated by Shri Dileepbhai Sanghani, Chairman, Gujarat State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd., in the presence of Dr. S.N. Jha, Assistant Director General(Process Engg.), ICAR, New Delhi and Dr. R.K. Gupta, Project Co-ordinator(PHET) and Director, CIPHET, Ludhiana. Dr. A.R. Pathak, Hon. Vice Chancellor, JAU, Junagadh presided the function and Dr. N.K.Gontia, Principal and Dean, CAET welcomed the inaugural function.

     The Scientist from 30 centers of AICRP from all over India are attending workshop and will present their research reports and discussed about the formulation of new technical programmes. The deliberations will become helpful to recommend the polices of Agro Processing and Value Addition to the State Governments as well as Government of India.
