With the inspiration of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. A.R. Pathak Sir 'Special Module Programme' was organized jointly by Directorate of Students' Welfare, JAU, Junagadh and College of Fisheries Science, JAU, Veraval during 07-08 March, 2018 at College of Fisheries Science, JAU, Veraval. The aim of the programme was to expose the students with good communication skills and personality development, since these are very essential aspects for a good social and professional outlook. Total 42 students participated in this training programme. The main objectives of the programme were (1) To elevate confidence (2) to help them understand techniques to improve communication skills faster, and (3) creating need and habit for personality development. The training programme was inaugurated by Dr. S. M. Zofair, i/c Principal, who in his presidential address urged students to take maximum benefit of such important trainings for their personality development. The Inaugural session was attended by Prof. A. A. Vyas, Dr. S. I. Yusufzai, Prof. V. C. Bajaniya, staff members and students. The dignitaries were formally welcomed by offering them floral bouquet. The training session was followed, which was conducted by Mr. Pradeep Sharma, Mrs. Gayatri Jani and Ms. Jayati Jani.
