The College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, JAU, Junagadh celebrated inaugural function of Annual Day named “VET SHAURYA – 2019” on April 26, 2019. Hon’ble Dr. P.V. Patel, Director Extension Education, JAU, Junagadh has inaugurated 8^th Annual Day of this college as president of the function. Dr Kishor Transadiya, Veterinary Entrepreneur & Pet Practitioner, Ahmedabad, Dr. V. R. Malam, DSW, Dr. P. M. Chauhan, Registrar, Dr. P.H. Tank, Dean of this college and other university officers/Deans also graced the function. In this function College Annual Report-2018 and College Magazine 2017-19 were released and prize/ certificate distribution for students were done.

     Also “World Veterinary Day-2019” was celebrated by conducting Veterinary quiz competition and presentation by different Veterinary Pharma firms viz Zydus Cadila, Rakesh Pharma, Virbac etc on April 27, 2019. Two days’ celebration was ended with amazing cultural programme during the night presented by the UG & PG students as well as faculty members. Whole programme was organized by Students’ Representative Council of this college under the guidance of Dr. R J Padodara, SRC, Chairman, Veterinary College, Junagadh.
