In his lucid and vivid speech on  Art of Success in Life & Orientation for Civil Services”, Mr. AK Sharma, Managing Director of Chanakya IAS Academy, New Delhi at Auditorium, JAU on September 4, 2012 during 14:00-18:00, pointed out  hidden potential of self and how to manifest it in planned way. He remembered  Sardar Patel for advocating to continue IAS system for better administration in independent India.
