A special Gauvansh/Veterinary Clinical Camp was organized by College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Junagadh Agricultural University in collaboration with Kandivali Gauseva Mitra Mandal, Mumbai on 1st August, 2015 at College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh which in collaboration with Kandivali Gauseva Mitra Mandal, Mumbai. Dr. A. R. Pathak, Honorable Vice Chancellor, JAU, Junagadh, Dr. A. Y. Desai, Director of Research & Dean P.G. Studies, JAU, Junagadh, Dr. P. H. Tank, Principle & Dean, College of Veterinary Science & A. H., JAU, Junagadh, and donors of the camp were present on the occasion and graced the function. All the expert from Clinical departments viz; Dr. J. S. Patel, Dr. P.B. Patel, Dr. K. H. Parmar, Dr. K. B. Vala, Dr. R. J. Raval, Dr. A. M. Patel, Dr. J. V. Vadaliya, Dr. Vineetkumar, Dr. Amit Prasad, Dr. Joice P. Joseph, Dr. Vijay Parmar, Dr. B. J. Thakre along with undergraduate and postgraduate students from clinical departments were actively involved in the clinical camp. Large number of animals from Junagadh and surrounding villages were brought for the treatment in the camp. During the camp, one hundred seventy seven (177) animals were treated for different medical, surgical and gynaecological ailments. In the camp, different clinical cases were treated which included as one hundred fifty seven (157) Medicines, thirteen (13) Surgery and seven (07) Gynaecology. Different species of animals of Junagadh and surrounding villages got specialized treatment from the expert staff members of the College.
